Dear Neighbor:

On Thursday, June 7, 2012, the 19th Ward Democratic Organization will host our annual Cocktail Reception at the Beverly Arts Center from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. This year’s event will again feature some of the area’s most unique vendors offering their signature dishes. Throughout the year we look forward to this event as a night to enjoy with friends and neighbors while celebrating the special place we call home.

Our community has a history of producing strong leaders. Following the example of Tom Hynes and Mike Sheahan, I work long and hard each day to usher in new voices and ideas while maintaining the strengths and goals of my predecessors.

Last year, we helped organize the first annual Beverly Hills Turkey Trot to showcase the character and charm of our community while promoting a healthy lifestyle for its residents. In addition, we hosted a wide variety of community events for the families of Beverly, Morgan Park and Mt. Greenwood. We also maintain a full time service office to provide assistance to residents and businesses.

The continuation of these projects requires assistance from members of our community. I humbly ask that you consider supporting this organization on Thursday, June 7th at the Beverly Arts Center, 2407 W. 111th Street. You may purchase tickets below.
